As adults, we experience many life changes; workplace transitions, entering & ending relationships, financial difficulties, the loss of a loved one, supporting friends or family members with mental illness or substance/alcohol abuse.  Feeling overwhelmed or anxious is natural.

Gain the know-how and confidence to navigate everyday life challenges!

This workshop will provide you with positive coping skills and coping step plans to help you navigate experiences, effectively manage feelings and be resilient.  Come and participate in creating a family that can bend, not break. We all need a community that is strong, not tough.

Christmas Fundraising Activities

Thank you for your generous donations of mittens and hats!  Our tree is looking fuller and fuller!  These lovely gifts will be sent to our sister school and will make someone with cold hands very happy to have warm hands!

As you know, we are collecting items for our Christmas hampers.  A letter should have been sent home last week.  We are trying to complete 21 hampers.  As students are bringing food items, the school staff are purchasing gifts that will accompany the food hampers.  All these generous donations will help make Christmas a little brighter for all these families.

We thank you for your generosity!
